Eligibility for Returns

• You may return your order within 7 days of receiving it.
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags intact.
• All items are eligible for return and refund.

How to Initiate a Return

To request a return, please use the contact form on our website. Include the following:

• Your order number
• Reason for return
• Clear photos if the item is damaged or incorrect

Our support team will respond within 24–48 hours with further instructions.

Return Shipping

• We cover the cost of return shipping.
• Once your return is approved, we’ll send you a prepaid shipping label via email.

Refunds

• After we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
• You’ll receive a confirmation email once the refund is issued.

Important Notes

• Returns requested after 7 days of delivery will not be accepted.
• We currently do not accept international orders or returns.
